This is not a clip from City in Darkness, but if you are unfamiliar with the Charlie Chan movies, this will give you a little taste of how fun they are.

City in Darkness is particularly fun, and particularly dark.  Anybody watch it?

We just watched City of Darkness tonight, per your recommendation. Our DVD from Netflix had some really good extra features about the fact that the script was written BEFORE the Anschlus, movie made before the Munich travesty with Chamberlain and Hitler, and released just 2 months after the invasion of Poland. Quite good and thanks for the recommendation!
